| Pricing: |

Although we try our best to have an error-free website, occasional
errors are possible. If there is a pricing discrepancy it will
be handled in one of the following ways:
- If the price listed on your order is higher than the actual
price, your order will be adjusted to show the lower price.
- If the price shown online is lower than the actual price we
will at our discretion, either contact you via e-mail for instructions
before shipping or cancel your order and notify you via e-mail
of the cancellation. |

| Shipping: |

We only ship within the 50 United States (no exceptions).
We only accept credit cards issued from US banks with US billing
addresses. (no exceptions)
We do not recommend that you ship the items outside the US either
as there would be no warranty coverage of any type once they
leave the US and they may not work on non-US vehicles. Once
an item leaves the 50 States it is yours, there are no returns
on exported items.
Once any item is reshipped or forwarded there is no coverage
for damage to the item.
We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
Orders may require a signature for delivery.

| Credit
Card Processing: |

An authorization, not a charge is processed on your card when
the order is submitted. For specifics on the difference between
a charge and an authorization please see our credit
card information page. Additional verification
of the credit card may be necessary prior to shipping the order,
there may also be shipping restrictions on orders. |

| Warranty |
|

All of the genuine Toyota accessories we sell are covered by
a 12/12,000 warranty.
All of the non-Toyota items are covered by their respective
manufactures warranties.
The Accessories we sell are only designed to be used on US market
cars.
Warranty only applies to parts installed on US model vehicles
within the United States. There is no warranty or coverage of
any type for items removed from the US or installed on non-US
vehicles or vehicles other than the item is specifically listed
for.

| Returns |

All returns must be in brand new, perfect condtion with all
original packaging and parts.
Installed items cannot be returned.
Notify us via email
within 24 hours of receipt of any damages or shortages in the
shipment.

| Backorders |
|
|
Although we do have a very large inventory (over 1.3 Million
dollars of genuine parts) it is possible for an item to be on
back order from toyota long enough for us to run out of them.
If an item is on back order we will ship the rest of your order
now and the backordered item as soon as it arrives. Shipping
will only be billed on the first invoice. |

| Damage |
|

Inspect all items as soon as they are received.
Even if you are having the item installed professionally at
a later date, inspect it when you receive it. Check the parts
list on the installation instructions against the items you
receive.

| Packaging |

All of the items listed as "Genuine Toyota" in the
description are genuine factory Toyota items, however to help
reduce shipping prices and protect the items it may be necessary
to rebox your items before shipping so they may not arrive in
the original Honda packaging. |

reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to
accept or decline your order for any reason. If the order is
canceled the authorization on your card will be promptly voided.
